Use the following steps to send a personal message:
- Tap the desired Circle from the Mentor Dashboard.
- The next screen will display all members of the Circle along with their FICO® Safe Driving Scores.
- Choose the member you want to message.
- On the next screen, tap the Chat icon on the right of the screen under the name of the Circle member.
- Type your text in the message box at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the blue arrow on the right to send your message to the selected Circle member.
Use the following steps to send a group message:
- Select the desired Circle from the Mentor Dashboard.
- The next screen will display all members of the Circle along with their FICO Safe Driving Scores.
- Tap on the Chat icon in the middle of the bar above the list of Circle members.
- Type your text in the Message box at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the blue arrow on the right to send your message to all Circle members.
Your Circles messages are saved for two weeks, regardless of whether you read them or not, and may be up to 160 characters in length. Messages sent outside two weeks will be deleted, so check in regularly to stay connected. Only text messages may be sent to members of your Circles. Attachments are not supported at this time.
In most cases, Circles messages are available to read as soon as they are sent. You may occasionally experience delays in sending or receiving messages due to network issues. If this should occur, try refreshing the screen by going to the Circles page from your Dashboard. Pull the screen down and release it to refresh the page.
