Your Playlist is designed to give you support in the areas you need the most. Modules are short and interactive and follow a “little and often” approach that responds to YOU. All drivers will receive modules that teach driving best practices, and high-risk drivers will receive modules more often to help reduce their risks through targeted learning.
Some modules will contain a video portion followed by a short quiz, while others will contain a driving tip or situation-based scenario.
Closing out your Playlist module before you finish a module may require you to restart it from the beginning. Make sure you are in a quiet place and able to focus for the entire module. Once the module is complete, it should close on its own and be moved to the Completed tab.
