New Playlist modules will be delivered regularly and will respond to your driving needs. Drivers with high-risk scores will receive learning modules more often to support their continued improvement. As their scores improve, they will receive modules less often but will still be able to continue their learning to remain in compliance with their company’s driver safety program.
If your risk increases from repeated unsafe driving behaviors or new collisions, incidents, or violations, your Playlist is there to focus on areas that could help reduce your collision risk the most.
When new Playlist modules are delivered, you will receive a notification alerting you of new activity in your Playlist. You can view the number of outstanding modules from your Dashboard. Tap the My Playlist tile to be directed to your Playlist, or tap the Playlist icon at the bottom of your screen to see the module(s) you have been assigned. Tap the start button to begin your Playlist module.
If you do not complete your Playlist module or modules, you may also receive a push notification or be reminded in an email that you have training to complete.
Once the module is complete, you can find it under the Completed tab of your Playlist.
Staying up to date in your Playlist is the best way to stay committed to your defensive driving goals while increasing your knowledge of safe driving practices.
