Although your Playlist modules are easy to use, you can use the following steps if you encounter an issue:
Cannot Advance:
To progress through your Playlist module, follow the direction on the screen or tap the play button at the beginning. Some screens may have a Continue button while others have a Next arrow at the bottom right of the screen.
Audio Settings:
Playlist modules are delivered in the language selected in your device settings. Closed captions (CC) are available on most modules. At the bottom of the screen, you can also find options to restart, select a previous section, and exit the module entirely.
Closing Modules:
Closing out your Playlist module before you finish a module may require you to restart it from the beginning. Make sure you are in a quiet place and able to focus for the entire module. Once the module is complete, it should close on its own and be moved to the Completed tab.
Resume a Module:
Closing out your Playlist module before it is complete may require you to restart it from the beginning. Make sure you are in a quiet place and able to focus for the entire module. Once the module is complete, it should close on its own and be moved to the Completed tab.
Module Not Completing:
If you think you have completed a Playlist module but do not see it in the Completed tab, it may be because you did not finish the module.
Tap the module under the New tab and progress the entire way through the content and any questions or interactions without exiting the module. Once the module is complete, it should close on its own and be moved to the Completed tab.
Note: Closing out of the module before it is complete may cause you to have to restart the module.
