Mentor Circles are communities of teams and team members who share their Mentor progress. Within Circles, members can message an entire group or individual members directly. Participants can view the FICO® Safe Driving Scores of each member who has chosen to share this data with the group.
Drivers have the option to create their own Circles or join existing ones within their company.
To join a Circle created by someone else in your company or team:
- Look for an invite message sent via text, email, or other messaging app. You will see the name of the person who invited you, the name of the Circle you’ve been invited to join, and an invite code.
- Tap Join at the bottom right corner of your Mentor Dashboard in the My Circles section and enter the invite code.
You can also create your own Circle among co-workers:
- Tap Create a Circle on your Mentor Dashboard
- Name your Circle
- Tap Create a Circle Now
To add members to your Circle, begin by tapping Add A New Member. Select your preferred messaging service (email, text message, WhatsApp, etc.), and then enter someone to invite, either by selecting a contact from your Contacts list or by entering a phone number. Repeat until you have added all intended invitees to your Circle. Invitees will then be sent a message to join your Circle.
