There could be a few reasons why Mentor did not record or display a trip. First make sure you are logged in and that your account is active. Next, make sure you have enabled app permissions required to log your trip.
Additionally, the following criteria is set to display trips on your Dashboard:
- A trip must be at least 4 minutes long and at least .3 miles in length. If a trip does not meet these criteria, it will not be scored.
- Short trips of 2–4 minutes in duration will be shown on the Trips page but will not be scored or count toward the FICO® Safe Driving Score calculation.
- If you are not on a cellular network or your phone is offline, your trip is still being captured; however, it will not appear on your Mentor Dashboard until your phone is online or on the cellular network again.
If the above guidance has all been met and you still do not see your last trip, try logging out, restarting, and logging back into the Mentor app. Check your settings and cellular connection once more.
