eDriving may hold personal information about you (in paper and / or electronic format), where appropriate and permitted by law and only as needed to meet the requirements of your company’s driver safety program. Your manager, human resources, and / or EHS liaisons may access the information being held by eDriving.
The term “personal information” includes the following:
- Employee, vehicle, and organizational data gathered from your company and / or your company’s approved fleet management partner(s).
- Driver’s license information and data, convictions, or citations received from a driver’s country / state / territory — only following consent by the employee.
- Collisions or incidents involving the company vehicle from your company’s approved collision management partner(s) or your private allowance or pool vehicle.
- Details of any risk assessment or ratings attributed to you due to your participation in your company’s road safety program.
- FICO® Safe Driving Score and other related data gathered from your company’s approved telematics solution, Mentor by eDriving.
Disclosure of Personal Information — Under no circumstances will any information gathered from your company employees as part of the driver safety program be SHARED with or SOLD to any third-party, including insurance companies and brokers, credit rating agencies, federal or state authorities or courts, or other vendors / partners without the written permission of the data controller / owner of the safety program. Your personal information WILL be made available to your manager and your local human resources manager as needed to support the implementation of the driver safety program. Trend and summary reports, analytics, and continuous improvement research used to improve eDriving Products & Services will disclose only aggregated data that does NOT identify employees personally.
