Vehicle Inspections
Driver Vehicle Inspection Report* (DVIR) or Driver Vehicle Condition Report* (DVCR) allows your drivers to submit a vehicle inspection report to at the beginning and end of their shift / day. They will be able to mark any damage or required maintenance and upload supporting evidence.
This report can be accessed by your fleet manager to ensure your team’s vehicles are roadworthy and safe on each drive.

Driver Event Reporting (DER)
Driver Event Reporting* (DER) allows your drivers to submit a report immediately after a collision or incident occurs. Event Reporting allows drivers to go through each checklist item including the category (collision / incident, license violation, or near miss) and type of event (collision / incident type or near miss or type of violation), purpose of your trip, description of what occurred, and additional information (such as date, time, location, direction of travel, speed, vehicle type, injuries, cause, road type, weather, road conditions, and more).
This report can be sent to your fleet manager or insurance company to ensure your team’s vehicles are roadworthy and safe on each drive.
