Your role as a manager is to help establish a Crash-Free Culture® focused on continuous improvement. You do not need to be a road safety instructor to reduce collision risk. Instead, your responsibility is to help drivers adjust their attitude and adopt safe behaviors so they can reduce the likelihood of a collision.
To help support your drivers, your Mentor app is a powerful tool that shows your team’s performance and compliance so you can quickly assess where to prioritize your efforts.
Mentor breaks down each driver’s details into the following areas:
- Driving scores: Can include the FICO Safe Driving Score that helps identify drivers most likely to be involved in a future incident or collision, or the DriverINDEX score and / or Company Points that can help support safe driving goals. These scores can help managers provide effective coaching and support.
- Playlist and Coaching: Highlights compliance issues. You can see drivers who may have fallen behind on their learning. This allows you to measure compliance and document your Coaching sessions.
- Circles: View your team’s data at a glance and establish a community focused on safe driving, or join a custom Circle to stay connected to additional drivers.
