- After installing the app, tap the icon.
- Tap SETUP/RESET PASSWORD underneath SIGN IN WITH MENTOR, enter your email address, then tap SETUP/RESET PASSWORD. Please do not tap the button multiple times, as only one request can be made in 24 hours.
- A link to set/reset your password will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive this email, please contact ddpsupport@edriving.com.
- Tap “Change My Password” in the email.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to create your password.
- To log in, open the Mentor DDP App and enter your email address and new password.
- Tap SIGN IN WITH MENTOR.
