The Rewards feature* creates an opportunity for drivers to be awarded after reaching a goal or milestone in their safe driving journey.
Each badge is worth a specific number of points. Some can only be earned once while others can be earned multiple times.
Tap the Rewards section on the Dashboard to open Rewards. From the Rewards screen, you will see your point total and two tabs — one for how to earn a badge and the second tab to view a list of all the badges you have earned and when they were earned.
Above the flag of the country the driver chose is the information icon.
Tap on the top right icon to see an overview of the Rewards program, including what the program is, how to redeem rewards, and how to see your points history.
Once the driver earns enough points, the Redeem Mentor Rewards Points button will go from grayed out to blue. This means you can redeem your points.
If you tap on your points total, you will see two new tabs. The first is the driver’s point history — showing the accomplishment, date of accomplishment, and points earned. The second tab is your point redemption history. It shows how many points were redeemed and when they were redeemed.
If you tap on one of the redeemed points options, you will see the Reward amount, the security code, and the link to redeem the Reward.
If your company opts to support Rewards redemption internally, you will receive details regarding the redemption flow separately. When you have Rewards in Mentor that are ready to be redeemed, the Redeem Rewards button will be active. Tap Redeem Awards to transfer your Rewards to your company’s reward system (transfer can take up to seven days) or log in and see your accumulated points and eligible Rewards.
