Work Team Circles

Upon login, users will see up to two preset Circles based on your user roles: either My Work Team – Manager; My Work Team – Driver; or both.

For example, a user who is both a manager and a driver will see two Work Team Circles:

  • My Work Team – Manager
  • My Work Team – Driver

Work Team Circles functionality is similar to the Circles feature, except that users cannot leave the My Work Team Circle(s) and cannot add or delete members from the app. Rather, user access is controlled by a hierarchy set up in Virtual Risk Manager (VRM). This means if drivers are moved, added, or deleted in VRM, these changes will be reflected in My Work Team Circle(s) when the app is refreshed or within 60 minutes.

 

Circles Drivers List: 

Your Work Team Circles (Driver or Manager or both) are listed at the bottom of your Dashboard screen. Tapping a Circle name will take you to the Leaderboard tab, showing the members of the Circle under different tabs as mentioned below:

  • Company Points Tab: If your Company uses Company Points, then all the drivers on Mentor Insight App version will be listed under this tab ranked (in ascending order) according to their Company Points Score. 
  • DriverINDEX® Score Tab:All the drivers on Mentor Insight App version will be listed under this tab ranked (in ascending order) according to their DriverINDEX® Score. 
  • FICO® Safe Driving Score tab:All drivers on Mentor for Business App version will be listed under this tab ranked (in descending order) according to their FICO® Safe Driving Scores.

Work Team Circle (Manager) Applicable to VRM-Mentor Managers Only:

As a manager, when you log in to the app you will see a default Circle: "My Work Team-Manager". Tap on the Circle to view list of drivers reporting to you ranked according to their Company Points/DriverINDEX® Scores. 

Note: If you have any drivers on the Mentor Business App, they will be listed under another tab: FICO® Safe Driving Score, ranked in the descending order of their FICO® Safe Driving Score.

Tap on any Driver Name to view securely shared driving data including driver's outstanding VRM coaching modules, DriverINDEX® score trend over the past 12 months, outstanding eLearning modules and event counts.

Here, you can also send a personal message to the driver by tapping the chat icon or you can select one of the available quick actions such as Poke, Clap or Tease.

Tap on "Outstanding VRM Coach" on the top to launch the coaching intervention.

Work Team Circle (Driver)

As a driver, when you log in to the app you will see the default Circle: "My Work Team-Driver".

Tap on the Circle to view the list of drivers in your Team (reporting to the same Manager) ranked according to their Company Points / DriverINDEX® Scores.

Note: If you have any team members on the Mentor Business App, they will be listed under another tab: FICO® Safe Driving Score, ranked in the descending order of their FICO® Safe Driving Score.

Tap on a Driver name to send a personal message to the driver by tapping the chat icon or you can select one of the available quick actions such as Poke, Clap or Tease.

 
 
Group Broadcast message
 

In the Circle's Driver list page, tap on the chat icon in the middle of the bar above the list of Circle members. Type your text in the Message box at the bottom of the screen and tap the blue arrow on the right to send your message to all Circle members.

Note: Personal and group messages may be up to 160 characters in length. Photos and other attachments are not supported. All messages will be saved for two weeks and then deleted from the Mentor system.
