Drivers are encouraged to submit feedback from the Mentor app requesting clarity on or assistance with any trip or event details they may need.
If you think you have received an event in error, drivers can submit feedback for the specific event in question through the app. Open the Trips tab from the bottom of your app and select the trip where the event occurred. Then select the Feedback tab on your trip and choose a feedback category (Phone Manipulation / Distraction, Missing / Short Trips, Acceleration, Braking, Cornering, Driver / Personal / Passenger Settings, FICO® Safe Driving Score, Trip Start / End, Other) to submit your feedback.
