Your overall score can decrease even if you did not drive:
- A Good rating spans a 100-point range. If you began the day higher in the "Low Risk" or ★★★★ range and have subsequent trips that are lower in that range, your overall score will decrease.
- You may have had a "Very Low Risk" or ★★★★★ score 8 days ago. This score will drop out of your rolling 7-day average and decrease your overall score.
- Your score will eventually drop to 0 after 7 days without Driver trips. This will happen if you do not take any trips, OR if all recent trips were categorized as Personal or Passenger.
Note: Playlist modules for a FICO® Safe Driving Score less than 710 will not be assigned if you have not driven in 7 days.
