There are two ways to send feedback to the eDriving Mentor team:
- Trip Level: If there are issues or concerns with a specific trip, drivers are invited to review their trip data and submit comments using the “Feedback” function. Tap on “Trips”, select the specific trip, tap on “Events Logged” and use the “Feedback” link under the map. Select a Feedback Category. For all categories except “Other”, basic troubleshooting suggestions are provided to help you before having to submit a request for assistance. We have gathered the answers to the most frequent types of feedback we receive and hope this will help you more quickly. Of course, if you still have a question(s) after reviewing the troubleshooting recommendations, we want to hear from you through the Feedback form. Your feedback helps us to keep making Mentor better!
