When you speed over 79.9 mph, you will receive an audio ALERT on your phone and/or through the speaker system of your vehicle, if you are connected by Bluetooth. This is meant to alert you about your highly unsafe speed and remind you to slow down – the alert is there to help you.
Note: While smartphone technology is incredibly sophisticated, the alert can be influenced by the position of your vehicle relative to the satellites monitoring your speed, as well as other atmospheric conditions beyond our control.
Please remember the alert is there to help you manage and change your speeding behaviour. You should expect the alert to be accurate within +/-5% of 79.9 mph.
